SAFETrip Nepal Launched:
SSTN is working in collaboration with Kathmandu Medical College (KMC) and University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) on a four-year project to improve road safety — ‘Safe Systems for Enabling Traffic Injury Prevention in Nepal’ or SAFETrIP Nepal. The project will involve members of the public to work with their local palikas to improve the safety of their local roads. SSTN will help members of the public to share their views and experiences of travelling on the road and help the researchers develop the project addressing the needs of the public. To conduct its activities, SSTN needs to hire four community road safety mobilizers. Learn more…..

Streets For Life #Love30: Low speed streets save lives and are the heart of any community. 30 km/h (20 mph) speed limits where people and traffic mix make for streets that are healthy, green and liveable, in other words, streets for life.
Join the #Love30 campaign to call for 30 km/h speed limits to be the norm for cities, towns and villages worldwide. (https://www.unroadsafetyweek.org)
